at two locations, December 4
and one location December

The cost per shot will
be $25, Medicare will be
accepted.
Priority is given to
those meeting the
following criteria:

Persons 65 years and
older
-
Long-term care patients
-
Persons aged 2-65 years
with chronic health
conditions
-
Children 6-23 months of
age
-
Pregnant women
-
Household contacts and
out of home caregivers
of children under 6
months
-
Health care workers
involved with direct
patient care.
